A comprehensive women empowerment initiative was implemented in Konalai and Akkraipatty villages of Mannachanallur block, Trichirapalli District. Three Bitcoin financial literacy workshops were conducted for 25 Dalit and marginalized women, led by Aisha Trust Director Victor. The training focused on mobile Bitcoin wallet usage, peer-to-peer transactions, and financial safety practices.

The program collaborated with Semparuthi SHG (Konalai) and Makilampoo Akkaripatti SHG to strengthen internal lending systems and improve bank linkages. Over 20 women are now capable of performing basic Bitcoin transactions and digital savings, enhancing digital inclusion and financial independence.

Under the economic empowerment component, 17 goats were distributed to 17 households, along with guidance on goat care, breeding, and marketing. Within 3–4 months, households began generating consistent income, and the revolving goat model expanded benefits to 25 women by the end of the year. The initiative significantly improved decentralized finance knowledge, social status, leadership roles within SHGs, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
