The Board Meeting and Staff Planning & Evaluation Meeting of Vasantham Pengal Sangam was conducted successfully.
The meeting began with a welcome address by President Ms. Thenmolzhi.
The Annual Report was presented by Secretary Ms. S. Padma, highlighting activities and achievements.
The Audit Report was submitted by Treasurer Ms. R. Kanjana and discussed by the members.
The meeting concluded with planning, evaluation, and decisions for effective implementation of future programmes.
