Vasantham Pengal Sangam successfully organized a Women Start-up Capital and Skill Training Certificate Distribution Program at Mannachanallur. As part of the initiative to empower women entrepreneurs, start-up capital assistance was provided to selected beneficiaries. Participants who completed Beautician and Aari work training programs were also awarded certificates.

The event was conducted in the presence of MLA S. Kathiravan, Town Panchayat Chairman Sivasubramaniyan, Panchayat President Saravanan, and VPS Board Members. Around 250 women actively participated in the program, making it a meaningful step towards women empowerment and self-employment development.
